Service

By accessing, downloading, or using the DNUKZ PC-Checker platform — including its web interface, client executable, or any associated API — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service. Use by minors under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. Use by individuals aged 13–17 requires verifiable parental or guardian consent.

DNUKZ is a forensic PC scanning tool designed to assist gaming server administrators in identifying unauthorized software, cheat tools, and modified game clients running on the systems of consenting players.

The service includes:

• A Windows client executable (.bat / .exe) that performs local system analysis
• A web-based admin dashboard accessible via Discord OAuth2 login
• A PIN-based access and download system
• Scan result reporting and logging infrastructure

DNUKZ is a voluntary, consent-based tool. It is the responsibility of the server administrator or operator using the service to obtain explicit consent from any player before initiating or requesting a scan.

Access to the DNUKZ client is gated behind a time-limited or lifetime 6-digit PIN, purchased through authorized channels. Each PIN grants a single-use license to download and run the client for the duration associated with that PIN tier.

• PINs are non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, or distributed
• Each PIN is bound to the Discord account that redeems it
• Expired PINs do not grant access; a new purchase is required
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate PIN revocation and a permanent account ban
• DNUKZ reserves the right to revoke any PIN at any time in the event of terms violations

The DNUKZ client may only be used for legitimate, consent-based anti-cheat investigation on gaming servers you own or administrate. Specifically permitted uses include:

• Scanning players who have given explicit written or verbal consent to be scanned
• Generating scan reports for use in ban appeals, tribunal reviews, or internal moderation
• Integrating reports into Discord-based moderation workflows

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access:

• Scanning any system without the explicit consent of its owner
• Using scan data for blackmail, extortion, harassment, or public shaming
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the DNUKZ client
• Using the service in conjunction with any illegal activity
• Automating or scripting access to the DNUKZ API without written authorization
• Distributing or reselling access, PINs, or the client binary

When a scan is performed, the DNUKZ client collects the following categories of data from the scanned system:

• Running processes, loaded DLL names, and executable paths
• Recently accessed and deleted file metadata (names and timestamps only)
• System hardware identifiers (CPU, GPU, motherboard, disk serials)
• Network adapter information
• Windows event log entries relevant to gaming and software execution

No personal files, documents, images, browser history, passwords, or financial data are ever accessed, read, or transmitted. All scan data is transmitted encrypted to DNUKZ servers and is only accessible by the server administrator who initiated the scan.

DNUKZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any scan result.

• Scan results are investigative findings, not legal proof. DNUKZ accepts no liability for moderation decisions made based on its reports.
• DNUKZ is not responsible for false positives caused by legitimate software triggering signature matches.
• In no event shall DNUKZ be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for access in the 30 days prior to the claim.

DNUKZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination:

• All active PINs associated with your account will be revoked
• Access to the dashboard and client will be immediately removed
• No refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of any active PIN

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through Discord or ceasing all use of the service.

DNUKZ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes, we will notify active users through the DNUKZ Discord server.

Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally via direct communication through our support channels.
